Billing questions
- What exactly do I pay for?
- Three things: your locations, at a graduated per-location rate; any in-house technicians, at C$19 each per month on annual billing (C$29 monthly); and fleet vehicles if you track them, from C$7 per vehicle per month.
- Who is free?
- Owners, operations managers, requesters, dispatchers and outside contractors, on every plan. Contractors don't even need an account: they update jobs from a link.
- What counts as a location?
- Each top-level location you add. Sub-locations under it, such as floors, rooms or a kitchen, are free.
- What currency do you bill in?
- Canadian dollars, everywhere. Canadian customers pay CAD plus GST/HST/PST. US customers are billed in CAD too, plus any applicable sales tax; your card converts at your bank's rate.
- Is there a free trial or a setup fee?
- Starter and Growth start with a 14-day free trial, and no plan has a setup fee. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
