Do my contractors need to sign up?
No. They open a link from the work order. No account, no password.
Do I need my own technicians?
No. Starter is built for operators who use outside contractors. If you employ technicians, Growth adds a roster, mobile app, checklists and inventory.
Can Concoct send someone out in an emergency?
Concoct is software. It tracks the repair and gets the job to your contractor. It does not provide crews or guarantee response times.
Why should I trust a young company?
You shouldn't have to take our word for it. The price is public, the vendor link is testable, and the demo runs on your own properties.
