Should we put client or health information in Concoct?
No. Concoct is built for maintenance work orders, not client records. Describe the room, the equipment and the fault, and keep client details out of it.
Can practitioners and front-desk staff report problems?
Yes. Every plan has unlimited users, so anyone who spots a problem can log it from their phone.
Do my contractors need to sign up?
No. They open a link from the work order. No account, no password.
Do I need my own technicians?
No. Starter is built for operators who use outside contractors. If you employ technicians, Growth adds a roster, mobile app, checklists and inventory.
Can Concoct send someone out in an emergency?
Concoct is software. It tracks the repair and gets the job to your contractor. It does not provide crews or guarantee response times.
Why should I trust a young company?
