FOR GAS STATION OPERATORS
Pay for locations. Not for people.
A pump out of service, a car wash stuck mid-cycle, canopy lights out on a dark evening. Concoct keeps every repair, every contractor and every invoice for all your stations in one list. You pay per station. Your whole team gets in free.

IF ANY OF THIS IS YOUR WEEK
Forecourt, car wash and store all break differently. They shouldn't live in different places.
- A cashier tapes a sign on a dispenser and you hear about it the next morning.
- The pump technician, the car wash company and the refrigeration contractor each send their own invoices, in their own format.
- You can't see which station's car wash keeps going down, or what it has cost you this year.
- Night staff spot problems first, but adding them to your software means paying for another seat.
Illustrative situations, not customer stories.
WHAT IT TRACKS
Each station is a location with its own work orders and history. See everything at once or one station at a time.
HOW IT WORKS
One list. Every station. Every contractor.
1
A problem comes up
Whoever spots it logs it from their phone, with a photo. Add as many of your people as you like.
2
You send it to a contractor
Pick one of your vendors. They get a link by email or text.
3
The contractor opens the link
No account, no password. They see the job and update it.
4
You see it in one place
Open, in progress, done, by station. The invoice stays on the job.
PRICING

QUESTIONS
What people ask first
My fuel brand names approved service companies. Does that matter?
Keep using them. Add those companies to Concoct and they update jobs from a link like any other contractor.
Does Concoct handle fuel system compliance or inspections?
No. Concoct tracks repairs and the contractors who do them. Regulatory inspections and fuel system records stay with whoever handles them for you today.
Do my contractors need to sign up?
No. They open a link from the work order. No account, no password.
Do I need my own technicians?
No. Starter is built for operators who use outside contractors. If you employ technicians, Growth adds a roster, mobile app, checklists and inventory.
Can Concoct send someone out in an emergency?
Concoct is software. It tracks the repair and gets the job to your contractor. It does not provide crews or guarantee response times.
Why should I trust a young company?
You shouldn't have to take our word for it. The price is public, the vendor link is testable, and the demo runs on your own stations.
