Yes. Add your landlord's maintenance contact as a vendor and send them the job, so those repairs sit in the same list as yours.
Do my contractors need to sign up?
No. They open a link from the work order. No account, no password.
Do I need my own technicians?
No. Starter is built for operators who use outside contractors. If you employ technicians, Growth adds a roster, mobile app, checklists and inventory.
Can Concoct send someone out in an emergency?
Concoct is software. It tracks the repair and gets the job to your contractor. It does not provide crews or guarantee response times.
Why should I trust a young company?
